Light the lanterns, put on your bibs, and gather your friends for an evening filled with laughter, songs, and a wonderful late summer atmosphere. Setting a theme for the party often lightens the mood and provides a common thread. A crayfish party is not just a celebration – it's a tradition where community and joy are central.

Two venues were used during the afternoon and evening. One for dinner and one for the subsequent party.

1080 crayfish were served during the evening, sharing the tables with Västerbotten pie and other classic accompaniments.

The plan for this group was a full day that began with meeting time and inspiring lectures at the conference facility. Afterward, all guests traveled by bus to the large farm, a few miles outside Visby, which became the day's venue for the rest of the day and evening.

Upon arrival at the farm, a delicious lunch was served from grills and muurikka pans, which was then enjoyed on blankets on the grass under the warm August sun.

After lunch, it was time to get active, and the group was divided into teams, after which our very popular and well-liked activity Best in Test was carried out.

Once the competition was finished, it was time for the "after activity," which this time featured live music in the "wood shed."

Afterward, it was time to put on the "crayfish hats" and settle down at the long tables where drinking songs, laughter, and cheerful shouts continued into the early hours before guests took the bus back to Visby.
