Experience Gotland

This package is for those who want to combine a conference with an authentic Gotland experience. The program starts in Visby and continues out onto the island, where Gotland's nature, traditions, and people truly come to life.

One of the highlights is the full-day activity 'So much Gotland'. With a guide, you'll leave Visby and travel through the landscape to places beyond the guidebooks. During the day, you'll encounter Gotlandic traditions through Gutnian games like varpa (a traditional throwing game) and stångstöttning (pole pushing), learn the history behind the classic Gotlandic drink (Gotlandsdricka), and experience churches, small roads, coastal environments, and rauk fields (sea stacks). The pace is relaxed, and the program allows for both camaraderie and new experiences.

The day concludes on eastern Gotland with dinner at Bruna Dörren in Ljugarn – a beachfront spot where the restaurant, bars, and open spaces create a relaxed and social atmosphere. Here, your stay is rounded off with good food, the sea nearby, and the opportunity to socialize long after dinner.

Beach Conference

Welcome to Tofta on Gotland's west coast, where you'll find the famous Tofta Beach – one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Here, you'll check into luxurious glamping tents right by the sea. In the evening, enjoy a delightful dinner on the beach, accompanied by a magical sunset.

The next day begins with breakfast before your conference takes place in a fully equipped event tent on the beach, complete with all necessary technology and comfort. After lunch, the Surfcamp team-building activity awaits. Following an introduction to SUP techniques, you'll paddle together on the water, concluding with an exciting SUP relay race. Throughout your stay, the beach bar is open, and the sauna is ready for relaxation.

The day concludes with a three-course dinner at the elegant Tofta Beach House. After a comfortable night's sleep and a peaceful morning, you'll return to Visby. From there, you can choose to stroll through the charming World Heritage city or take the ferry home, filled with new impressions and strengthened camaraderie.
