The event is more than just a meeting — it's the future's networking hub for innovators, decision-makers, and key industry players. The focus is on tangible opportunities concerning charging infrastructure and next-generation airports, with a clear goal: to make Gotland one of the first commercial destinations for electric aviation.
FlightPlan was intended to be a recurring meeting place where technology meets systems, where stakeholders could build relationships, and where discussions could continue after the final agenda item. However, the format was new. Over two years, we have organized Flight Plan twice, deliberately building it step by step: prioritizing credibility and quality over size for its own sake. To succeed, we needed a partner who could both deliver strong production and be comfortable with the fact that not everything would be finalized from the outset.
That's where Hansa Event came in.
Hansa took responsibility for the execution with a stability that allowed us to focus on content, relationships, and direction. They were involved early in the process, clear in their decisions, quick when needed, and most importantly: they understood that Flight Plan is a building project, not a one-off effort. It was as much about creating the right atmosphere in the room as it was about ensuring logistics, technology, and flows were perfectly aligned.
FlightPlan is still under development – and that's the whole point. What we have built together is a platform that can grow with the field, on a solid foundation.
The congress is organized by 6 different companies/organizations: Svenska Spel, Transportföretagen, Region Gotland, Swedavia, Science Park Gotland, and Hansa Event.
