Our Story

Hansa Event is an event agency with over 20 years of experience, founded in the heart of Gotland. It all began in 2006 when we started organizing genuine and personalized experiences across Gotland. This could involve visiting a proud lamb farmer who shared insights about their business, or transforming a beautiful barn into a memorable dining experience.

We still maintain that genuine approach, and it permeates all our projects, even as our offerings have expanded over the years. Today, we organize activities, team building, dinners, large congresses, conference trips, and all related services. Hansa Event was once a traditional activity organizer, but today we are a modern agency that thinks outside the box to create unforgettable meetings, whether physical or digital. Our broad expertise makes us agile and professional in everything we undertake, and all you need to know is that we will guide you through your company's entire journey.
