Gotland became the venue for the annual European congress on periodontology, and Hansa Event was tasked with administering large parts of the congress in close and effective collaboration with the organizing committee. We managed the entire registration process for participants, communication with exhibitors and speakers, booking of conference venues and accommodation, and more.

The flexible Donners Event venue was chosen for this congress, where we also had lunch at adjacent restaurants.
The program included a guided tour through Visby's charming alleys, and as a finale, a Gotland feast was arranged in a beautiful hayloft.

What fantastic days we have had, and you/you all made it work despite all the larger and smaller "incidents" that always occur.

The social arrangements also turned out perfectly, with the highlight on Saturday evening – dinner in Ladan, which was so lovely.
